I absolutely love the phone, which is 'as new' as far as I can tell. It was beautifully packaged, giving me an 'unboxing experience' that I hadn't expected; got here sooner than advertised; and the ability to return it if needed gave me confidence in buying refurbed.

Ordered a phone, was told it would arrive two to three days after I placed my order. It didn't and hadn't been shipped yet so contacted Backmarket only to be told they didn't know what happened and would refund me. I waited nearly a week prior to this with no contact from backmarket or the seller, no heads up that the order would be delayed, and then instead of sorting it out they just sent me the money back. I would not use this seller or this site. I'm absolutely furious that this is how they have chosen to solve this issue.

Finally got it and it’s amazing

The Back Market idea is beautiful is just a shame they are letting dodgy sellers like RNDTech Ltd ruin the experience. I bought what was advertised as One Plus 11 and received a One Plus 11R which is quite different. I mean, the phone is identical in terms of design but quite different in terms of specs, colors available and size. When I got the phone I was surprised by the fact that the phone was not dark green but light blue, it seemed smaller than I thought it was and to confirm my suspicion when I turned on the phone it said One Plus 11R not One Plus 11. I sent it back case it was not the phone that I wanted but if they got someone a bit more distracted the seller could have got away with this. I thought this was quite dodgy but gave the benefit of the doubt because they could have swapped the phones by mistake.
