I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but am so happy I did! I wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Would highly recommend. The battery lasts for at least 2 days as well. Really happy. I can't tell the difference between this and a phone straight off the shelf! After years with a OnePlus 6T from new it was outside of software updates and didn't charge as reliably. I basically wanted the same phone. Big plus with this model is sharper screen and the fingerprint sensor which works much more reliably. Negative would be the back is quite slippery without a case and to use the wireless charging you need to buy expensive accessories from OnePlus.
