Nokia X20 5G 128GB - Brown - Unlocked

Web site was easy to navigate and buying the 'excellent' graded Nokia X20 phone was a doddle. I received an as new product with 28% off the list price. Regular communication from Back Market was reassuring but best of all was DPD emailing l would have it next day! Used it for over a week now with no complaints and l would buy again from Back Market.

No sign that it was anything other than a new phone. So nice to not have all the packaging that comes with buying one from a shop.

Poor quality device, and fake patronising customer service. I brought a Nokia X20 from Back Market, in 'excellent condition'. THE PHONE QUALITY WAS POOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SEEMED GOOD BUT TURNED OUT TO BE FAKE When the phone arrived the condition was good, the screen protector had a small crack ion the top corner and there were a few scratches, but i thought as it's only a small thing, then a few days later the phone started glitching and lagging so much that it was almost unusable. I wanted to get a replacement for the phone so sent it back, In the time since i brought it the price of the phone had gone up significantly, so I double-checked that the replacement would not cost me any more money, and the customer service confirmed I would be sent a replacement free of charge. However, 2 weeks later i still have not had a replacement phone, and have been issued a refund and told to purchase the phone through the website for the new higher price. since then they have been ignoring my messages. THE PHONE QUALITY WAS POOR AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SEEMED GOOD BUT TURNED OUT TO BE FAKE DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE FROM THEM

Well, I am satisfied. Perfect condition, even the battery lasts excellently. Only long data transfer from the one I had (Motorola g84 5g, bad device, stay away from it) to this one because it's an android One, so the dialogue with Android 15 was not the best. I chose this nokia because it was a possible choice a few years ago, my first backmarket purchase, and I'm happy with it

Fast, operational. However, I can't tell you which photos you've deleted and which are "inappropriate". There's no silhouette, no face. The background and the back Jai just sent my phone photo the Nokia x 20

I'm a little disappointed compared to the Nokia 6.2. The device is very pleasant it has a slightly larger screen but to watch a film all the surface of the screen of the phone is not used. Another anomaly (I don't know if it's correctable) is that when I receive a message notification and select it by pressing on it, the application doesn't direct me directly to my mailbox, whereas with the 6.2 it does. It was very practical, otherwise there's nothing else to report.

The device is doing very well, but was not in excellent condition as stated. It has a small scratch on the screen, hardly visible but they should be careful when stating how an item is found.
