The phone was fine for our purposes but having bought several items on Backmarket in the past this wasn’t in ‘excellent’ condition. There were scratches on the screen and the body of the phone. The cable supplied didn’t fit the phone. There was a sticker on the phone that has not removed easily and left a mark on the body of the phone

First impressions are positive, with a device that works very well, is easy to use and fast. The price is really ridiculous for a device in very good condition. We'll have to see how it performs over time.

This smartphone very quickly showed signs of slowness. As it's a refurbished model, we gave ourselves time to see. Then it started taking photos all by itself. And it got slower and slower. We alerted the seller. We sent it back twice and to this day, we don't know if they'll compensate us because after two attempts with the same problem, we think they should refund us.
