Phone arrived promptly, decent condition.

The phone is in excellent condition, even though described only as 'fair'. I've always liked Nokia for their design and build quality and chose this model because I didn't want a bigger screen. Only slight disappointment is the fact that this model doesn't have the built-in FM radio, which I assumed it would. It's a shame as I now have to rely on Sounds and network coverage. Prompt service from supplier.

Unfortunately the phone apps kept crashing, first when I tried to change the wallpaper. I managed to correct that, but then Google play store kept crashing and I decided there was something seriously wrong. So I am returning the phone and have been put off getting a refurbished phone altogether. So far customer service has been good and it looks as if returning the phone will be straightforward.

Works great, looks fantastic, and delivery was on time. Small scratch on the touchscreen, but worth it still for the price and quality of the phone.

Hello, this device meets my expectations perfectly, it's light, intuitive and quick to get to grips with. It's in good condition, even though the rear casing is showing signs of wear.

Since my Nokia 8 has suddenly stopped working, I urgently need a replacement and have found it here. Just about acceptable in terms of price, I'm glad to have a perfectly functioning equivalent device 👍. Definitely recommendable!
