The phone is in excellent condition, even though described only as 'fair'. I've always liked Nokia for their design and build quality and chose this model because I didn't want a bigger screen. Only slight disappointment is the fact that this model doesn't have the built-in FM radio, which I assumed it would. It's a shame as I now have to rely on Sounds and network coverage. Prompt service from supplier.

Unfortunately the phone apps kept crashing, first when I tried to change the wallpaper. I managed to correct that, but then Google play store kept crashing and I decided there was something seriously wrong.
