The appliance arrived the first time with a dent in it, despite the sturdy packaging. It was replaced less than a week later by a like-new product. The back-market after-sales service was fast and efficient.

I received my device faster than expected. The appliance is very well packaged, it's like new and yet they say it's reconditioned. Nothing like a traditional oven, the pizzas are cooked in 3 minutes. It comes with a pizza peel, a recipe book, a basket for making chips in the oven, and you can even cook traditional dishes.
