The order and delivery went smoothly. I still need a little practice with the product itself. I had burgers and fries, burgers on top of the grill and fries on the bottom, the liquid/blood dripped from the burgers onto the fries, which made them look unattractive and not crispy. This was of course not so nice for the first meal.

Fast delivery. Only the original box was already opened, otherwise all still in original packaging and in new condition.

Everything was fine and problem-free The carrier could not find my address. After two phone calls, this was then claimed and the delivery was made immediately.

Delivery was fast, but unfortunately something must have gone wrong during transport, the device was defective... The second delivery was also faulty, the plug was bent....
