Received the appliance within the stated time and well packaged. However, I was very disappointed by how dirty the appliance was! Being a novice in the handling of such a camera and to know how to clean it properly, I had to buy what I needed and consult tutorials on youtube in order to properly clean the lens and the whole outside of the camera which had dirt (I even thought the lens was scratched), before being able to use it. Otherwise, it's a very good camera, and for a beginner it's not that difficult to get to grips with (OK, I got some help from a friend who's into photography, to get to grips with the basics), and I'm not unhappy with my purchase. Apart from receiving a dirty camera that could have been cleaned before being sold, I'm satisfied with the quality of the product!

produit arrivé dans les temps, très bon produit, très bien reconditionné, manquait juste les caches-objectifs que j'ai racheté à coté, sinon le reste des accessoires étaient présent, dans la boite d'origine. Très beau cadeau que j'ai pu offrir à mon fils, merci back market

Était très bien emballé et l'appareilfonctionnel. Seul regret : aucun capuchon protecteur sur le boîtier et un manquant sur l'objectif. Aucun câble non plus. Peut mieux faire en termes de reconditionnement parceque j'ai dû commander ailleurs les éléments manquants

Produit conforme, mais il eut été utile de préciser qu'il ne contenait pas de cache d'objectif et ni de cache d'appareil, ni de sangle, normalement de base dans ce pack.
