hello! the product is excellent, works perfectly, its also in excellent condition, it is good as new, 10/10 recommend. however this time (second purchase by me in your website), the shipping wasnt great. the carrier was chronopost and although i had a tracking link, it was the same as nothing. i couldnt know precisely when the item was going to arrive, i couldnt change date or leave a comment for them to leave to a neigbour etc. there is an option for that in the website but only for France. I tried contacting them and also couldn't. it took longer than expected and i missed the first delivery. i like back market, the concept and the products, but I would suggest improving the shipping process.

The appliance works very well. There's barely a scratch on the robot, but otherwise it's in very good condition. It's very powerful but, as a result, a little noisy. This is not a problem as the mixing time is short. The parcel was dispatched quickly and was well protected. No problems with delivery. Would recommend.

Although it was noted to be in good condition, I received an appliance that was almost new and perfectly functional. For the price I paid for it, I couldn't have hoped for better. First experience on back market successful!
