    hello! the product is excellent, works perfectly, its also in excellent condition, it is good as new, 10/10 recommend. however this time (second purchase by me in your website), the shipping wasnt great. the carrier was chronopost and although i had a tracking link, it was the same as nothing. i couldnt know precisely when the item was going to arrive, i couldnt change date or leave a comment for them to leave to a neigbour etc. there is an option for that in the website but only for France. I tried contacting them and also couldn't. it took longer than expected and i missed the first delivery. i like back market, the concept and the products, but I would suggest improving the shipping process.

    The appliance works very well. There's barely a scratch on the robot, but otherwise it's in very good condition. It's very powerful but, as a result, a little noisy.
