First of all, I'd like to say that I'm very happy with Backmarket for the most part. Among other things, for the speed of execution etc. and their after-sales service. On the other hand, I received my computer less than 24 hours after ordering it (thanks to DHL Express, it made the France/Germany/Belgium trip in record time), unfortunately, although it corresponded perfectly to the technical specifications, the battery lasted only two hours despite a full charge, but ESPECIALLY the screen was scratched in the centre and the computer was dirty, even though I had taken the trouble to choose one that was in "very good condition"... which should imply at least a screen without scratches or chips. Bad point for the seller in principle. I sent it back. Unfortunately, I had chosen this service because of the excellent speed with which they work, and now I find myself without a computer to start my computer lessons and without the money to buy another one, while the computer is being sent back to France... I'm distraught by this situation. I find it highly unprofessional of the Backmarket partner seller to have sold a computer with an uncleaned and scratched slab. Even though I'm just one customer out of thousands, this has a huge impact on my reality and I don't think it's right. I think I'll probably give Backmarket a second try, but I'm clearly more cautious than before, happy, but slightly apprehensive.
