The robot was like new. Original packaging and all the parts were still in plastic. In that respect, it's like new at a refurbished price. Top top top.

The product is in fact new or near new (0 traces), everything is in the original plastic, to be seen in operation but I'm not too worried. The deliveryman was top notch, calling 2 minutes before arriving was a pleasure! The only thing missing is a tracking system once the product is in France: enter the DHL tracking number on the Colis Privé website!

the good: value for money, delivery time not so good: recipe book not in Spanish (not very serious as there is the app. we are starting to use the appliance and it seems really nice.

Robot arrived quickly and very well packaged. In perfect condition as advertised. It's a shame that the cookbook is in Spanish. This is the only drawback. I am delighted with this purchase.

Very satisfied with this order. This is the first time I've ordered from Back Market and everything went very well. The food processor is spotless, just a few small scratches but nothing serious and yet it was the "good condition" model. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the vegetable grater in the box, which was not specified in the description. The product description needs to be completed. Like other buyers, recipe books in Spanish.
