I am very pleased with my phone. I have not bought a refurbished phone in the past but will certainly do so again in future.

No complaints. Good quality product (cosmetically and functionally). Battery good. Speedy delivery.

The item was delivered with incorrect tracking details, which caused a slight delay in delivery, however it was still delivered within the expected timeframe. A more serious issue is that the item was not delivered with the specification as advertised - it only has one physical SIM rather than Dual Physical SIM. This is unfortunately one of the key requirements I had. As I am travelling the returns process will be too slow, therefore I ended up keeping the phone, and will shop elsewhere in future. Leaving aside the specification issue, the phone was in excellent physical condition.

Phone arrived as new. Fast delivery. I love it it's just what I needed.

Good overall condition but a lot of notifications related to default applications, a bit difficult to remove and I haven't managed to remove everything yet. Otherwise, the phone, as expected, works. And also, nothing to do with the smartphone itself, but I've noticed that prices fluctuate strangely on this site, just saying...

I purchased the "good" condition version and indeed it only has two small scratches on the back. The phone works well, it's very efficient, I'm satisfied

Product, delivery OK. I had a new battery installed at extra cost so that I don't have to charge the device every day. Nevertheless, the battery only lasts 1.5 days (no GPS, 2h Bluetooth). This is very little compared to my previous devices 3-4 days, I can not check if the battery is new. Apart from that, everything is OK
