    I received the surface, the screen had 3 cracks (not scratches) about 5mm long each on the top right corner. In addition, the battery capacity is below the 80% that BackMarket promises its customers. The charger, besides not being original, as soon as you plug it in you hear a very loud and annoying static sound, which indicates that there is something wrong. All in all, I think it is a usable tablet as a second hand item, but NOT for the price I paid for it, I paid for a product in "Very good condition" and I have received a product in a "Very used condition, with many marks of use and abuse".
