Microsoft Surface Pro 7 12-inch (2019) - Core i5 - Gen 10 (G4) - 8GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTY - Italian

Very impressed, everything worked well only a few small surface scratches on the edge of the stand, a great trade up from my old Surface Go and even had an external MicroSD drive that wasn't mentioned in the spec.

The only issue, is that the Touchscreen doesn't function. I have checked on Microsoft and have uninstalled the Touchscreen and then re-installed followed by a reset. Touchscreen doesn't work - not critical but would be nice to have.

Ordered a Surface Pro 7 arrived promptly and in excellent condition as described everything perfect, fantastic service and value for money, plus a bonus of doing a little bit to save our planet.

Very well with customer service from Deniz and fast response . I however was charged a 10 pound which I presume will be transport expenses. Asides that all is well

As it is a personal computer and I spend all day using a computer at work, I haven't worn it out just yet, but I am very happy with the unit that I received. It well matched the description given and is fully functional. Very happy with my purchase and would use Back Market again for further purchases

Very happy with my Surface Pro, pleasantly surprised it arrived complete with Keyboard cover. Very good condition for used. Very pleased with the service from Back Market and would recommend.

The device itself is okay but the accessories that came with it awful. The keyboard and charger not comparable with the one that came with the first one that was replaced. Why? This is not okay, it appears deliberate.
