Device is great and as described, however the adaptor is dead which is important.

Device was delivered to the wrong address, different business, signed for and when I asked for more information I was forced to go through an online ID verification with my own personal passport in order to just get a refund. No explanation as to why my package with the correct delivery address went to a different business. This is not the first time this has happened. Token 5% discount given which will not account for weeks of work downtime without a laptop again for my staff.

Avoid buying from backmarket, second time buying other devices apart from phone and the experience is extremely horrible, just horrible. I am returning the item through DHL which is also very expensive, this is just barbaric

The laptop is in very good condition and meets my expectations. Unfortunately, the battery charge is limited to 50% - this is probably due to Mircosoft - at least that's what I read on the net - but it should be fixed in the next updates. Let's wait and see.
