I was nervous about buying a new device in my 70s, They are so expensive, it's important to get it right. My grandson put me onto you site as he uses it. With strict instructions in place I jumped in. And I'm really glad I did. My surface pro is just what I need at a price I can afford. I am happy with my purchase thank you.

I can't complain, it arrived quickly, well protected, works completely fine for what I need it for. What's better is that they gave me the keyboard with the tablet which I was not expecting but a very nice surprise. Really impressed.

Was cautious about getting something in "Fair" condition but was pleased with result and happy to buy "Fair" condition again. Thank you.

I was highly disappointed! What was sold was basically a “desktop” and not a tab. This device wouldn’t work without being connected to the power cable; battery was also on 0% throughout, even after being charged for a reasonable amount of time -- all on the same day it was delivered, and despite purchasing in “Good” condition. Also was my first time purchasing something on Backmarket, and now having to return it. I’m also quite skeptical of ever trying to even search for another gadget to purchase, because of the very disappointing experience with the seller who thought it was right to sell this very bad Microsoft Tablet!

Perfect for my needs. Excellent compatibility with KDE linux. Even the surface pen works as it should. The only oddity is the smell that sticks to the faux suede of the keyboard, apparently from some kind of detergent or rinse agent, which fortunately faded with time.

I am very happy with the laptop. But I have a problem with Klama. The payment details have disappeared from my inbox and I can't get in touch with Klama. Can you help me with this?
