Il MacBook che mi hanno spedito sfortunatamente non coincideva affatto con le condizioni "eccellenti". Ho pagato e ordinato una cosa e invece è arrivato con molti grafi e tasti non funzionanti. Molto delusa. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 50 euro ma lo renderò perché non vale per nulla la pena. Creano anche disagio per chi usa il computer ogni giorno e deve procedere con politiche di reso che sono tra l'altro poco sostenibili a livello ambientale. Chiedo maggior controllo sui prodotti che vengono spediti perché se c è scritto eccellente il cliente si aspetta quello e non un prodotto con difetti.
