What a beautiful site!!! But what a joke Initially the customer service was very satisfactory in helping me get the keyboard working properly. Super responsive! But the MacBook I bought in June 2023 stopped working after 6 months. I returned it and the order is listed as refunded, except that it's already been several months and the money is still not in my account and it's impossible to contact customer service. So between that and the fact that we can't give any negative feedback .... You're very good!!! but not at all customer-oriented. It's a shame.

Delighted with my purchase

Do not buy, I had to send my macbook 4 times for repair. After a year, the macbook no longer works. I certainly do not recommend buying. The repairs are just superficial but the price of the macbook is real.

I've just received my macbook and I'm pretty disappointed. First of all, it was covered in a very sticky substance, a sort of glue. Even with alcohol I had trouble removing it and you can still see the marks. Then the keyboard isn't great. The space bar doesn't work very well. You have to press it down and only in a particular place in the centre. First time I've been disappointed with my Backmarket purchase.
