Currently really happy with my purchase, I was worried when the screen glitched a couple of weeks ago but I put this down to the excessive amount of applications I was using at the time, and it hasn't happened when I had the same amount of apps open since, so most likely a just glitch. The laptop arrived. It was not wiped properly and there was no new set up screen. The keyboard was in Australian not UK. This either has not been wiped properly or someone has been in to set it up as a new laptop already. I have been advised by my employer to return it for security reasons. I really thought that with such a good rep that you guys would be on the case but clearly not. Not a great start for a B corp is it! Pls can someone get back to me and tell me what I need to do. Top Zustand, schnelle Lieferung, es gab sogar ein Überraschung... hab mich sehr über das geschenkte upgrade gefreut. alles genau so wie ich es haben wollte - einzige Manko ist das der Akku doch um einiges weniger leistung hat wie er einst vom Hersteller angegeben wurde aber laut software ist er noch "gut".
