This is the first time I have used Back Market and I am absolutely blown away by the service received. The item was marked as good rather than excellent, but I took a chance and there is not a mark on it. It is like new and exactly what I wanted. This would have cost me £3799 5 years ago if I had bought new. Not to mention the benefits to the planet. this is my second refurbished macbook pro; the first is four years old and still going; have had no issues at all, although a bit outdated, i had no hesitation in using backmarket again to buy my second refurbished macbook pro; they kindly updated my hard drive to a larger capacity free of charge; would highly recommend them.

So far so good. It’s my first Mac so I’m getting used to it. It’s in great condition. The pad was a bit slow but I’ve speed this up and hopefully I’m swiping in the right place. Really pleased with it after a week.
