Disappointing experience with Back Market - unreliable product information & poor customer service I ordered a MacBook Pro from Back Market with specific technical specifications. Unfortunately, I received a device that did not meet the specifications in two key respects: a weaker graphics card than ordered and a battery capacity (83%) below the guaranteed minimum (85%), which dropped by an additional 4% within a few days. Customer service was extremely slow and initially only offered inadequate "solutions" (e.g. tips on how to save battery power, even though the battery was defective). Only after repeated follow-up and the submission of a battery report was I offered a completely inappropriate compensation of €30 - a joke in view of the breach of contract. ⭐ 1/5

Very annoying! I ordered a device with Radeon 5600m (8GB) and was delivered a device with 5300m (4GB). This was exactly the feature I was looking for and I was disappointed. The device is going back immediately! People, think about your purchase. Better to spend a little more and be sure that you get the device you want.... Totally disappointed :( It seems to happen more often if you go through the comments. Back Market doesn't seem to care... Too bad. The seller is technically savvy. An oversight? Unbelievable!
