La livraison s'est bien déroulé mais mon Mac était mal reconditionné: le clavier change de langue à chaque démarrage, je ne peux pas changer ni le nom, ni la photo de profil de mon utilisateur... Quand j'ai voulu accéder au centre d'aide, une page erreure s'affiche. Il a fallu compter 2 semaines pour régler un problème et donc pas d'utilisation avant deux semaines. Panne de batterie. Retour. Le dépanneur nous renvoie en disant que tout est ok, le problème persiste. ET en fait le technicien, au lieu d'essayer avec mon chargeur, l'a fait avec le sien alors que c'était mon chargeur et non la batterie qui était en panne. 5 jours ensuite pour recevoir un chargeur en remplacement.
