I got the Mac with a qwerty keyboard even though it's marked azery. Other keys are also not in the right place, which is a shame.

the macbook is great, everything works perfectly except for the letter R and the number 7 where you have to press a little harder for it to work.

1st time I've bought refurbished, I guess I expected better in terms of condition. You can see it's been cleaned but there are still traces of stickers on the aluminium, so I imagine they won't come off, which is a shame.

I have a problem, the computer is asking me for a password. How do I get in?

For the moment the cursor is neutral. In terms of purchasing and delivery logistics, there's nothing to say, it's running smoothly. However, as far as the seller is concerned, the "perfect condition" grade for the screen has not been respected and justifies my return for a replacement on this basis. My next opinion will depend on whether the exchange is successful or whether I request a refund.
