After some doubts about Back Market, a friend who had used it before recommended I give it a try, saying it’s reliable and the products are in great condition. I’m so glad I did my MacBook Pro arrived in excellent shape, and I absolutely love it. Definitely money well spent!

I recently bought MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2020) - Core i5 - 16GB SSD 512 from Back market and omg it’s not only looks like a brand new Macbook but it also arrived within an upgraded version of Core i7. I bought it in Excellent condition and it was beyond my expectations. This isn’t the first time I bought a gadget from the Back market and I have to say they have never disappointed us. Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Ordered on Wednesday, came on the Friday. Ordered in fair condition but came with only ONE hardly noticeable scratch. Keyboard works perfectly. MacBook runs completely fine in 2026. Altogether so pleased. Especially for the price.

Probably should've known... but have spent many years thinking I had to buy new and have been blown away by the refurbished MacBook Pro I purchased from Back Market. I thought I'd received a new MacBook Pro when it arrived - from moment I first took it out of its very secure packaging, to using it now as my primary laptop. Very happy all round.

I ordered a “fair” condition macbook expecting what I paid and honestly it came looking brand new. Of course you can tell that the keyboard is used and there’s a minor dent and a couple of scratches, but I can’t complain would use backmarket again!

Oooo-wee, but I *l*o*v*e* this machine. Bought it because it cost less than the MacBook Air I was first looking at. To start with, not only did it arrive early and fully charged, it's in mint condition, despite my buying "fair". Absolutely stunning and works like a dream. Kudos to the refurbisher who has done a BRILLIANT job. As for the MacBook Pro itself, I don't know why the touch bar gets a bad press, I find it unobtrusive and most helpful when I need it. My best purchase from Back Market so far and thrilled with it, thank you.
