First positive experience with a reconditioned MacBook. 1st positive point: ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday morning. 2nd positive point: the condition of the Mac is better than I expected. I would not hesitate to use this site again for a future purchase.

Ordered in "perfect condition", received in "perfect condition". It had even been configured for easy installation. I had to do a specific installation on it which didn't work at first. So I called the reconditioner directly, who was responsive and very conscientious. He did everything he could so that I could sort out my problem as quickly as possible. After some unfortunate experiences I took the time to look at which refurbisher I should use. It Premium is new on the back market but a safe bet if you want a quality reconditioned device.

Computer arrived in great condition with cable and power supply. Nothing wrong with the Mac or the reconditioner.

Very good device it's a Mac no surprise just disappointed that the battery and charger have been changed by unofficial parts, the charger disconnects I will be forced to buy a new one. For the battery I'll see in time.

I received it very quickly in very good condition, it works very well, but the only fault I can find with the seller is that he put a big sticker with the password and user name on the PC and it was really complicated to remove. It would have been better to put it in a separate pocket.
