My Macbook is supposed to be in very good condition and the screen is supposed to be flawless, "impeccable" as the site says, except that it has a small impact with a scratch running from it to the bottom of the screen... this in no way hinders use or the quality of the screen, but I think this device deserves the "fair condition" grade in view of this defect and the many small impacts and scratches on the shell.
