Il computer non era come mi aspettavo, da un grado B (molto buono) non ci si aspetta che abbia così evidenti segni di usura. Anche perché a volte i grado C sono messi meglio. Il MacBook scaldava stranamente troppo e ho preferito renderlo. La tastiera è arrivata QWERTY italiana standard ISO e non quella americana coi tasti sostituiti come ogni tanto capita. Esperienza con back market sempre clamorosa. Il computer è arrivato con batteria da sostituire, e visibilmente graffiato nonostante fosse un grado B. Servizio clienti Back Market da rivedere, specie perché non hanno capito che il computer ha un problema alla batteria e non può essere messo in vendita in questo modo, mentre loro continuano a sostenere il contrario.
