Llevo casi dos años usando un portátil. Hubo un pequeño problema con la barra táctil, al que no le presté atención durante el primer año, es que no supe que es problema. pero con el tiempo este problema se hizo muy notorio, la barra táctil parpadeaba mucho después de año y medio de usar backmarket, pagué el diagnóstico y reparación de mi laptop, pero al principio se negaron y tuve que discutir con ellos durante mucho tiempo, así que le daré una calificación un poco más baja., después de todo, los diagnósticos deben mostrar qué está sucediendo exactamente con la computadora y no negar inmediatamente las reparaciones al cliente pero aún así, tenga en cuenta que me pagaron por la reparación y el reemplazo de la barra tatbar después de un año y medio de uso. El aspecto era excelente pero el dispositivo presentaba fallos internos, no iba a la velocidad que debía ni respondía de la forma que debía de hacerlo, a veces se reiniciaba solo, no soportaba una aplicación de documentos si habrías fallos a la vez…. Lo que sí que fue impecable fue la actuación de devolución, no hubo ningún problema y el servicio de atención al cliente fue muy cercano.
