MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2018) - Core i5 - 8GB SSD 256 QWERTZ - German

On the whole very good, fulfils its purpose (in this case graphic design) but unfortunately the battery runs out incredibly quickly. In theory, this isn't a problem as I usually have a power socket nearby, but I had hoped for a bit more from the battery.

I've only been using the computer every day for about 3 weeks. Overall, very good, the Mac came in pristine, no sound problems, or dead pixels on the screen. However, it overheats too quickly, to the point that it once got stuck/bounced. After being forced to reboot, no problems. It makes me wonder if such a problem should alarm me, or if I just had different programs open at the same time... Rating: 4/5

I ordered it in good condition and am completely satisfied with the exterior. No scratches at all on the surfaces, only small dents on the edges, but that's totally ok. The keys all work well and the system runs a bit slowly, but it's the latest version. I can recommend it

I ordered my MacBook in "Condition: Used", I expected slight scratches, but there was such a sharp corner on the case that you could almost injure yourself. In the description of the condition it says: light scratches, so this is no longer a good condition and therefore ask for feedback by email to: jara.linnea@web.de for a price reduction. A new good experience with BackMarket! I bought the "good" condition because I wanted to get a new MacBook quickly and cheaply. The dispatch was expected to take 1 week but today the parcel arrived after only 3 days (despite French post). The parcel contained the device and an originally packaged power supply unit. I was aware that it didn't look like new in its "lowest" condition but when I unpacked it I was really surprised. There was a small dent on the bottom that was not visible in normal daylight and a tiny scratch on the side. The rest of the device was flawless and the battery capacity was 98%. I am very satisfied and will certainly buy/sell more products from BackMarket in the future!

I have been using a laptop for almost two years. There was a small problem with the touch bar, which I didn't pay attention to for the first year, I just didn't know it was a problem. But with time this problem became very noticeable, the touch bar was flickering a lot. after a year and a half of using backmarket, I paid for the diagnosis and repair of my laptop, but at first they refused and I had to argue with them for a long time, so I will give it a bit lower rating, after all, diagnostics should show what exactly is going on with the computer and not immediately deny repairs to the customer. but still, keep in mind that I was paid for the repair and replacement of the tatbar after a year and a half of use.
