MacBook Pro Retina 13-inch (2017) - Core i5 - 16GB SSD 512 AZERTY - French

The MacBook Pro 13" was sent in a beautiful Back Market box. Well packaged and delivered with a "no name" charger, but functional. I hope it will last. So far, it's been a positive experience and I'd recommend it.

Order conformed to the description and was dispatched on or around the date indicated! The retailer who took care of the shipment had everything well packaged with a handy little explanatory booklet, especially for configuring the keyboard. I'm very happy with this refurbished purchase!

So I was quite sceptical at first, and even more so when I read the bad reviews. However, I wanted to make my own experience with refurbished products, and it's been pretty cool. Okamac packed the device very well I think, it arrived well protected. Afterwards I had to give it a quick clean, but the top is still spotless. I took the "perfect condition" option, just a few micro-scratches on the underside and next to the keyboard, but it doesn't bother me, it's not that visible except when you look closely, and then you have to get something new ;) The screen is nice, everything works. You have to read the instructions carefully! Because I screwed up at the beginning by not configuring the keyboard, I hadn't read the instructions but the keyboard is AZERTY when you choose the option. I saw a comment saying that the keyboard shows AZERTY but when you press the keys it's QWERTY, so you really have to follow the instructions! If I can give you some advice, I used CHATGPT to configure the Mac, it's quicker. For a refurbished Mac it's great, I was very afraid of having a problem with it but it's perfect, I can take it everywhere, it doesn't overheat, the sound is good. go for it!

The computer is very good and in very good condition. However, I had to contact Apple Support several times because the updates had not been done correctly, causing the computer to malfunction.😕

Best site for reconditioned this is my fourth order and I don't regret it at all 🥲🥰❤️

Fast delivery. Very well packaged. Good general condition, some wear and tear but nothing affecting its use (a scratch on the screen, one on the back of the computer and the rubber around the screen a little removed at the top). Just that it was full of crumbs/dust in the keyboard and fingerprints on the screen, which is a shame.
