    Several problems with this product. it is not a French azerty as described but a modified keyboard and rather badly modified because I find myself with 2 M keys on my keyboard... the charger supplied in 2 parts is not compatible because they are not the right part of the charger... I am offered 25e to buy me a charger at 80euros and for my keys in double and well too bad for me. Apart from these problems the computer is in good condition and the specs are ok, although I was a little disappointed with the service for a mac costing over 2600e, I think I won't be going back to refurbished computers for my next purchases, first and last time.

    The product ordered was noted to be in perfect condition: this is the case, nothing to say on this point. However, the keyboard was supposed to be QWERTY. When I received it, I realised that it was a QWERTY keyboard that had been reconfigured as an AZERTY keyboard. As a result, after a software upgrade, 2 keys were swapped and came back as they were on the old keyboard: impossible to reconfigure (I spent 3 hours with Apple support + a trip to Apple's Genius Bar without success)... I saw a topic in the BackMarket support FAQs about keyboard problems, so I'm sure you've already heard of them... It's a shame because everything else is great.
