    The seller was excellent but Backmarket has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It’s like talking to an AI bot. They don’t understand the basic principle of sending a receipt for a purchase. Over 4 days of chat, I still don’t have a receipt for the backmarket charges.

    Laptop in excellent condition, battery at 97%. 140W charger included for super fast charging. Machine itself is incredibly fast and a massive upgrade on my previous Intel laptop. Would recommend!
