Lets be honest, as a student getting by on a decade old laptop for several years, this MacBook is such an upgrade from the windows 10. Runs and operates as it should smooth and clean I love it and so happy I bought this. Gonna help so much with my studies and future endeavours, I can't wait I'm just so happy

Great experience, cannot fault it. I was nervous about ordering because I’ve never used Back Market and worried about problems/returns etc but my laptop arrived in perfect condition, it was just as described, I could track it at every single stage of its delivery (and that was helpful as it arrived 2 days before the estimated delivery date). Its easy to order from the website. I can’t comment on customer service because I haven’t needed to use them. I did a factory reset when the laptop arrived and reinstalled the operating system. So far, so good.

I also appreciate the speed and depth of support I received when I asked if this would be suitable for screen sharing from iPads..an essential element in developing a new business that will earn lots of money! I honestly don’t know why you’d ever buy new when you can buy a high quality, well functioning laptop from Back Market. I’m super happy with my Mac, it does everything I need and you wouldn’t know it’s secondhand. Better for my purse and for the planet!
