MacBook Air Retina 13-inch (2018) - Core i5 - 16GB SSD 512 QWERTZ - German

I treated myself to my own Christmas present and got myself a second-hand MacBook Air 2018. :) For the condition it was good to look at. There are of course a few scratches, but otherwise I can't report anything bad! Runs great and is reliable! And really worth it for the price. :)

Dear team, I am satisfied with the MacBook. However, I have noticed that the MacBook's response time is often slow or even freezes. (I don't have any apps or similar on it, which could drain a lot of energy from the MacBook). I would be pleased to receive a statement on this. Kind regards Filiz D. Baskin

My daughter and I are very satisfied with this MacBook. Apart from a few invisible scratches, it's as good as new. Fast delivery, I don't regret having paid for it. I recommend the item and back market.

It was a gift for my daughter and as always everything is impeccable, so far everything works very well, the exterior despite having caught it good, is great. We have already taken a few products with you and we can only congratulate you, we are very happy.

The product was good overall. No scratches. However, the keyboard was already somewhat "defective" in places. Thank goodness Apple agreed to exchange the keyboard. However, I would have expected this from the backmarket seller. With "very good" I expect all keys to work without problems. Without the warranty through Apple, this repair would have cost me about 440 euros. I would use Backmarket again, but I would be more critical of the device. With Very Good and Excellent, I expect better quality.

I am very happy with my laptop. It arrived without scratches and worked very well straight away. Over time, I've noticed that my battery doesn't last very long and that it makes a rustling noise when I use the laptop for too long and on my bed. All in all, I have no complaints. :)
