Paid for ‘good’ condition but you’d never know it wasn’t brand new! Charged 3 times in 2 weeks despite daily use and the only mark I’ve found anywhere is a small scratch across the apple that you can see if you hold it at the right angle. Otherwise it’s the best £400 I’ve ever spent.

Urgency : A++, my macbook air M1/16GB/512GB was in the post 20 hours after ordering, and, arrived on a Saturday morning without paying extra. Looks : Brand new, it's pristine so beats my expectations of GOOD. Sequoa MacOS installed and an admin account setup with paper password on keyboard allowing me to test right away. This is a nice touch other sellers should do this. I will reset it myself later and restore my time machine backup to it but I was able to check it all out digitally and all devices working. Battery Lottery Outcome :) 94% that's well above my expectation :) Packaging : fragile tape and an inflatable sock around it. Charger : Geniune Apple 30w USB-C plus long Apple lead.
