I’m honestly really happy with my purchase. I ordered a MacBook Air (M1) in “excellent” condition and I wasn’t sure what to expect, especially at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The laptop arrived quickly, was clean, and looks practically brand new. There are no visible scratches or signs of wear at all. The biggest bonus for me was the battery health — it’s at 100%, which I definitely wasn’t expecting from a refurbished device. It runs smoothly, and everything works exactly as it should. I also appreciated how easy the setup was. It felt like setting up a new laptop, just without the original Apple packaging. Overall, I feel like I got amazing value for money. I was initially hesitant, but this experience has definitely changed my perspective on buying refurbished tech. Would 100% recommend.

I really like my MacBook Air. It looks new and is lightweight and works well. I’m glad I got a reconditioned one as it was affordable. I haven’t used it a lot yet but the battery seems fine. I’m happy with my purchase.

Received my Apple MacBook Air today (M1, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD) and am absolutely delighted with my purchase. I required a laptop or system to setup a home music studio (I'm a songwriter) and researched this for some time. I also researched outlets to purchase refurbished units and backmarket seemed to be the place to deal with. The price was great, the item is in such good condition you couldn't distinguish it from new, and it runs great. I'm just having to wait to setup my apple ID as I spoke to apple and they have some issues right now. But other than that, so happy with this thing I can't put it down and within the next 2 months or so I will have purchased all of the required items on a rather large list. Any time I require a similar item, I will be using backmarket and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or colleagues. Superb products, superb service and the way they deal with customers makes you feel valued and rather like your part of some elite club lol. My MacBook Air is in excellent condition . It works really well I am still learning about all the features it has .It is great for watching videos on and surfing the net . I opted to collect my computer from the the DHL warehouse because it is not to far from where I live and that was very easy.So overall I am very happy with my purchase Thank you,Richard 👍

I got the rose gold M1 MacBook Air in Good condition. honestly, it came spotless. Shipped the following day after I bought it and arrived the day after at around 11 am. been working fine! battery health at 88 but that's good enough for me. overall, no issues no complaints with this seller. I was hesitant as I previously had a terrible experience with a different seller, so I've been watchfully waiting. No issues at all with this computer. :)
