La fecha de entrega estaba prevista para el día 01/12/23 y todavía no le he recibido y en la web de back market aparece como entregado.Por otro lado en la web del transportista lleva 3 días sin actualizar, y consta que a día 05/12/23 mi paquete se encuentra en Francia. Esa es toda la información que poseo, he intentado ponerme en contacto con la empresa de transporte y con back market pero resulta imposible contactar con una persona que solucione el problema. Todo más, ingresas en un chat donde una maquina se excusa pero sin aportar ninguna información útil.
