The device was very well packed, and the condition overall was as described. However unfortunately it contained a different Graphics Card (of lower power/value) than the one stated in the advert.

One of the CHRONE handles was severely bent crushing the case. The outside removable case is damaged from the chrome carry handle. You didn’t mention that in your advert Heavily disappointed

A great device! Technically, everything’s spot on. However, there are four quite noticeable scratches on the casing. They’re about 1–2 mm deep and 10 cm long. I haven’t tried it yet, but perhaps they can be removed by polishing (sanding). As the technical aspects are more important to me, though, I can live with it. That’s why I’m giving it ‘only’ 4 stars.

Thank you for a swift delivery of the used Mac Pro 2019 I bought from you this last week. Order number 51913997 I checked the computer and it works well I just have to transfer the date from my old Mac Pro 2010 to the new one. I now have a question : I saw when I bought this Mac Pro 2019 that Back Market also offered to trade in my old computer. I diden't fill in the info of my old Mac Pro 2010 because I had to transfer the data from the old one to the new Mac Pro before I got rid of the old one. Please let me know if it possible to now after I bought the Mac Pro 2019 to sell my old Mac Pro 2010 back to BakMarket. If it is possible I can ship my old Mac Pro in the same packaging as I received the new one in. Best Regards Bo Hylén

it's perfect. it's a new device from 2019. the only small detail is that it has a qwertz keyboard (German keyboard) as I'm not a trained typist, that doesn't bother me.
