The appliance seems to work well, it's clean and the power cords are nickel. One small problem: the comb that fits onto the straightener was missing two spikes, so I had to buy a new one! This adds to the cost of the straightener. For a device that is marked as ( reconditioned) it would have been nice to pay attention to this small detail because the price is still quite high compared to other platforms where it is sold cheaper and in very good condition... Nevertheless I am satisfied with my purchase. As far as shipping is concerned, the device was very well protected.
