Well chuffed. Arrived ahead of quoted date. Well packaged. The laptop was in excellent condition. Could be confused for new. Installed Ubuntu and everything (touch screen, screen orientation, stylus) all worked out of the box. Very impressed.

It does have scratches, tiny ones but even excellent condition states it might have micro scratches. Works properly, no issues so far. Would recommend these guys. Thank you for making my first refurbished purchase this awesome!

I wasn’t expecting loads due to it being in fair condition, everything was perfect but there was one issue. The battery would only last 2 hours and it refused to charge above 75 meaning I had to buy a new battery however it is a steal for money at this price

just arrived today and works perfectly, it did arrive not so clean, quite a lot of dust and grime under the keys so will have to clean it up myself, looks like a bit more than light signs of wear. the laptop does work amazing for me though so not too much hassle!

This was my first order and I was really nervous. I wondered if I had wasted my money until it arrived. I’m so impressed at how clean the laptop is, how functional all keypads/screen and battery are. And to think that this was a “good” grade. Thank you so much
