I am surprised, even more than disappointed, to have received a PC without the speaker working, in other words a PC with no sound! In fact, I have reset the PC with an update from myself to Windows11. This operation SEEMS to have corrected the problem.... But how is it that the refurbished PC received has not been tested according to the specifications that you sell to customers ....
