It works very well and starts up quickly, but the fact that it's been reconditioned to look like new is a bit of an exaggeration. There are a few minor faults: the fingerprint reader is faulty, the backlighting shows a qwerty keyboard when the keyboard is azerty, and the lower part of the keyboard is covered with an unsightly protective sticker hiding a crack.

Received 2 weeks ago, in very good condition, works very well so far, nothing to complain about. For office use and remote meetings.

I took it in perfect condition, but I could see traces of wear on the sides. apart from that, everything was fine.

The computer is in perfect condition, charges quickly and performs well. Without the refurb I would never have been able to buy such a good computer.

After some preparation/delivery problems, I received a French AZERTY with BLOQ Mayus - RePag AvPag keys and stickers on about twenty keys to hide the original keys. In French, without a sticker, you'd call that 'foutage de gueule'... The only good point was the speed of customer service when I wondered where my order had gone.
