Product received very quickly. Good value for money, good speed for everyday use. The numeric keypad is missing, probably because the PC is small. 2 USB ports, which is a bit tight for 2025. Otherwise, very satisfactory.

Less than €250 incl. VAT! Great value for money. A solid, high-performance laptop for office use, coding and a bit of video editing. And in impeccable condition... I'm thinking of getting another one for myself (I got the first one for my teenager).

I debated between the neutral emoji and the happy emoji, and finally opted for the neutral one because one important piece of information wasn't in the advert: this is a laptop with a foreign keyboard converted to Azerty. A system of probably heated labels has been used and it's well done, so well done that it's hard to see at first glance. The only problem is that the keyboard backlighting doesn't do much - it's mainly the screen that lights up the keys in the dark. If you don't need this option, you can buy it without worrying. For me, who also works at night, it was a prerequisite. Also, unluckily, the label on the Shift key bulges slightly (air bubble under the plastic). Not a problem for a refurbished PC, especially since the overall condition of the PC: nothing to say, clean and neatly delivered, almost as good as new, you can feel that PCs are treated with care. Worth noting: The PC comes with Windows 11 even though it says Windows 10 on the specification sheet, so you might think that's great, but as the OS isn't normally supported (processor incompatible with the update) I preferred to rollback to Windows 10 pro to avoid any potential slowdowns/display bugs. You'll also need to run Windows Update (which wasn't activated). It's also worth noting that it's not possible to reset the PC to Windows 11 on receipt, as this is normally an impossible installation and Windows will block it, so you'll have to force the operation with external media. Don't worry about the licence, it will be recovered transparently by Microsoft. Finally, for the record, the SSD hard drive and a RAM strip on my model are not original (+ different frequency) but I had the opportunity to test the drive and RAM, with no particular problems. This laptop is worth its price, it's a good pro PC overall, but the converted Azerty keyboard and Windows 11 are the drawbacks for me.

It supports Ununtu well, but the keyboard stickers to turn it into an 'azerty' keyboard don't look very good, especially with the backlighting. But overall, it does the job and I'm happy with it.

Received quickly (less than 2 weeks). Well protected, clean and actually in very good condition (no visible scratches). The space key seems a bit tired or maybe it's specific to the T480. Nothing to complain about, Windows 10 pre-installed (1st start-up, need to finish the installation steps). Batteries in good health (5 to 6 hours of use with 1080p video running in a loop).
