This is the second device returned due to faulty Bluetooth. When I returned the first device for repair or replacement the seller reported it could not be repaired and refunded the cost. I then found a similar replacement from the same supplier but £41 more expensive, so clearly it had been possible for the supplier to replace the item, just not for the same cost. The second device had the same fault so has been returned. The process has taken over a month, during which time the Windows software I bought to download on the laptop has expired. So I am over £50 out of pocket and still without a working device despite complaining of the poor services several times.
