3.6/5I received another model which doesn't match the description (no touch screen) two days ago. I still haven't received clear information about how to return it, or any help on what to do to make sure I'm receiving what I am ordering! the customer service is too slow with responding.

1.8/5Was sent the wrong model (the non touchscreen version) exactly like another customer who bought it. Asked for it to be replaced with the right model and got refunded instead which is better than nothing but they should've advertised the right model in the first place. And now I can see they have reposted with the wrong model again.
