Lenovo ThinkPad E14 G2 14-inch (2021) - Core i5 - Gen 11 (G) - 16GB - SSD 256 GB QWERTY - Spanish

The device works properly, but the company that sent it to me sent it to me in a broken box, very badly packaged and dirty as if it had been sitting on a shelf for 3 years collecting dust. You spend money buying something reconditioned and it arrives worse than if you had bought it second hand, even if it cost 50% extra. And when I make a complaint they simply offer me a 5% discount for a month to buy another product on this site which I will not buy again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

So far it meets expectations.

After receiving the product and it did not turn on or charge I had to spend a week of work waiting to receive the repaired product. Just a month later I have the same problem again. A disgrace!
