Product well packaged. Condition as expected. All accessories were present. The machine and its accessories work tip top. Once again delighted to have chosen Backmarket to equip myself 😁👍👍

It's true that the camera is in very good condition, but the parcel does not contain the trigger (the trigger part of the handle), the water hose or the chassis wheels! That's why it was so cheap. I can use it, that's for sure, but at this level, it's just a hoover, and I can't even use its primary function, injection extraction. I'm going to have to go through Kärcher's after-sales service for the spare parts I need, and that's going to bring the price of the appliance down to the price of a new one. That's great!
