Jaybird X4 Earbud Noise-Cancelling Bluetooth Earphones - Grey

Bought my dad these earphones for his birthday. They arrived quickly but we soon realised they didn’t charge. BackMarket said they’d repair them within 3 working days if we sent them back with the charger. Just got an email saying they can’t repair or replace them and are going to refund them instead… but now my dad doesn’t have a birthday present! I’d rather have just bought a new working charger, they didn’t say we might not get them back when we sent them off for repair! Obviously the device wasn’t tested before sending to us as the charging problem would have been noticed. Rubbish experience.

The whole process of purchasing, shipping and receiving has been perfect. The headphones are of very good quality and have been configured and work correctly. Very interesting is the mobile application that allows you to configure different equalisation options depending on what you want to listen to. Very satisfied with the purchase, like all the ones I have made in Back Market. Thank you very much!
