Jaybird Vista 2 Earbud Noise-Cancelling Bluetooth Earphones - Black

Suited me perfectly. Worked perfectly. Fast shipping. Jaybird Vista 2 in particular has been hard to come by.

Unfortunately Vista 2s are not as good as Vista 1s, even though on paper this shouldn't be the case. The "hear through" and ANC features are quite hard to get right, and ultimately are features I never missed on my Vista 1s. They are however great at keeping in your ears when exercising and the equalizer function that tunes it to your hearing levels up the sound quality tremendously.

Product with excellent cost benefit, product quality is great, delivery was made even before the expected deadline, only the quality of the product that was ok, is in acceptable state of use, with some marks on the case and the product, but nothing that left me in displeasure. I recommend!!!

100% charged, the device drains 50% after 10 minutes of use 22 minutes after the battery is already empty. Pretty much a classless device.

Bad experience! I received a faulty item, only the left earpod would charge. I tried to return it using the return label provided by backmarket and the item was held up by DHL for not having the correct label for transporting dangerous goods. I never received a reply from the seller and backmarket only replied after several days saying that it was up to me to contact DHL to change the return label to the correct one and return the item. No further explanation or reimbursement for the damage caused. Never again and I advise anyone not to risk buying from this site!

Good Morning The Jaybird Vista 2 that I bought, has a defect, because I only made two runs with the headphones placed and the same, after this I detected the following: left earphone always with a lot of noise and disconnects constantly. I don't know how should I proceed, but I would like to solve the problem.
